Meet the Founder

SororitySolutions was founded nearly a decade ago with one clear mission:
to bring a boutique, concierge-level approach to sorority recruitment — long before “rush coaching” was a trend.

My own sorority journey began at the University of Georgia, where I found not only my letters, but my people — lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities, and a community that shaped who I am today.

During my collegiate years, I was honored as New Member of the Year and held multiple leadership roles across Greek life and campus, including Alumni Relations Chair, Recruitment Leader, Sponsor Chair, and Southeast Panhellenic Conference Liaison. I also served as UGA’s Greek Week PR Chair and was a Panhellenic Scholarship recipient for academics, leadership, and service.

Beyond Panhellenic, my campus involvement spanned journalism, honor societies, and student leadership organizations — experiences that sharpened my ability to mentor, advocate, and lead with confidence. Today, I remain connected as a student-alumni mentor through the UGA Mentor Program.

As an alumna, my commitment to sorority life has only deepened. I currently serve as Vice President of Programming for my alumnae chapter and have previously held roles as Chapter President and New Member Advisor. I’ve twice been honored with a state-level sisterhood award for living out my sorority’s creed — recognition I hold close to my heart.

Professionally, I am a Strategic Account Manager in healthcare technology, leading high-stakes partnerships nationwide. That experience — paired with nearly 10 years of recruitment coaching — allows me to bring unmatched structure, strategy, and polish to the rush process.

I’m also a proud mom, a Pilates lover, and a devoted college football fan — but most importantly, I’m deeply invested in helping young women step into recruitment prepared, confident, and authentic.

SororitySolutions exists so no girl enters rush overwhelmed, underprepared, or unsure of herself.
